The CHOLE-POSSUM PRO is a prospective multicenter observational study (derived from the S.P.Ri.M.A.C.C. study) that intends to validate the use of Procalcitonin, in addition to the CHOLE-POSSUM score, to increase the accuracy of the latter in identifying patients with high-risk Acute Calculous Cholecystitis surgery.
